TRICARE Regions

TRICARE is available worldwide and is managed in four separate regions, three in the United States and one overseas region that is divided into three main areas.

  • The United States is divided into the North, South and West Regions
  • The overseas region includes the Eurasia-Africa, Latin America & Canada, and Pacific Areas.
