Schedule an Appointment

Your rules for scheduling an appointment depend on which health plan you're using. The general rules for each plan are listed below, but you should enter your profile for more specific details.

When you go to the doctor, you'll be asked for your uniformed service ID card when you check in. The office is allowed to and will make a copy of your ID card. You may not have to show your ID card after the first time you show it, but you should always have it just in case.

If you get care at a military hospital or clinic, you will always be required to show your ID card first. >>Learn More
