TRICARE Retiree Dental Program Costs

Monthly Premiums

Your monthly premium depends on where you live and the number of family members enrolled.

You have three options to pay your monthly premiums:

  • Military retired pay allotment
  • Autopay through your bank account. Sign up now.
    • If you aren't collecting retirement pay, or
    • If the amount of your retirement isn’t enough
  • Recurring credit card payment. Sign up now.

If you don't set up your payment before your first monthly premium is due, you may lose coverage.

Additional Benefits Available After 12 Months

You have additional benefits available after 12 months of continuous enrollment, or if you enroll within four months of retirement.

Deductibles & Maximums

You must meet your annual deductible each year before we can start paying for care.

Per Person  Annual or Lifetime  Amount You Pay 
 Deductible Yes, but $150 cap per family Annual $50

The TRICARE Retiree Dental Program also has some limits on how much it will pay per person.
